One of the most remote and iconic race meetings in the world is Birdsville.

Not all the magic happens at the finish and for the last 2 races of the Carnival, I walked down to the home turn, about 400 metres from the finish and positioned myself to photograph the horses as they come around the turn. With the dust flying and a full field, this angle can make for some beautiful imagery and showcase the dirt track.

Each print comes signed and complete with a Numbered Certificate of Authenticity signed by Sharon Lee Chapman of Fast Track Photography.
